FIRE UPDATE

11-15-07

On 10-23-07 the Slide Fire tore through the town of Green Valley Lake. Many homes and businesses have suffered loss. We are saddened to inform you that one of the businesses was our resort. Most of the resort has burned. There are many heroic stories that have come out of Green Valley Lake and we are deeply thankful to the firefighters that helped keep this jewel of a town alive. We are praying for all those that have lost their homes, we have many personal friends that have lost everything. Please find a place in your heart to help those who need help. This is going to be a very long recovery process and we all need any help we can get.

We will post more pictures as we get them but for now you can imagine how much work we need to do to put the resort back together. We will not be operating as a ski and snowboard resort this season but we are now expanding our sledding operation. We are in need of your help! We have many challenges ahead of us, most of them being financial. . We also need physical labor and with a loss like this we can not afford to hire anyone to help. If you or someone you know would like to lend a hand we would be very greatful.
